With more and more people canceling trick or treating and opting for small or virtual parties instead, this Halloween will need some good costumes. Hopefully these iconic Halloween and new Tik Tok inspired Captions for 2023 will make your night worth dressing up for. If no one can see you in person, at least they won’t see you online next to a horror-able caption. (Sorry couldn’t not type that.)
